We absolutely loved this place. This was very close to a great place to eat (Zorbas) as well as a market We rented a car and had private parking. The room had everything we needed. It was clean and plenty big for the two of us. Bed was comfortable and the patio area was perfect! Would absolutely stay again!!! Owner was super nice and we appreciate being able to stay!!!

The houses are like new. The property itself is beautiful. The sitting area in front of the house is great. Beware of mosquitoes. The pool is clean and big enough. Our motorcycles were safely parked behind the house and the whole area is fenced. The taverns are 20 to 30 minutes away if walking. The beach is 5 min away.

We had a relaxing ezbreezy type of Holiday. I would recommend visiting. The restaurants are all very good, surprisingly. The proximity to ancient sites and larger limanis make it just perfect. You don’t need to speak Greek to get by. Ippokeros has great Italian food. Basti has great dolmadakia and French fries. Everything was super enjoyable. The beach bars closer to the port are better for kids. The beach bars farther away get deeper quicker. Most menus are in English and Greek which are very helpful. There is even food delivery if you choose to stay in. We stayed @glyfadavillas which I highly recommend, too.

Pralia Astros has a lovely little port with the ruins of a historical castle on the hill above the town, It has a nice clean beach for swimming and many great little cafes and restaurants (tavernas) most with a beach view!!
No car is needed when you finally reach the town, everything is within easy reach on foot.

Definitely YES!!!
Our hosts were super friendly and helpful.
There was no problems storing our two bicycles safely inside the building.
The hotel is in a quite part of town.
Our room was spotlessly clean with comfy beds and whisper quiet air conditioning. We therefore had a good night's sleep.
From here, it is only a short walk to two supermarkets and numerous restaurants.
We would certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family!
Despina and Dimitri are the most welcoming hosts I have ever met..
I arrived very sick from food poisoning and with Despinas caring soul she insisted I go to the hospital and get medical attention... Lucky she pushed me to go as it was very life threatening... after 5 hours of 4 different bottles of IV. I am now so much better...
The service at the hotel was second to none...I will definitely return soon again.
Excellent location on the beachfront within easy reach of all facilities. The Castle Hill was right opposite and easy to climb for stunning views of the town. Breakfast was good and al fresco. The hotel is good value and our front balcony afforded a marvellous view. Nice, broad bed, good size room and nice bathroom. Astros is a gem of a place, had a lot to offer and the hotel is well placed as a base.
The hotel and the rooms were very nice and clean, the bathroom and the bed was perfect, the breakfast was excellent, the location directly in the bay, close to the sea was fantastic, including the sandy beach and the water, enough parking spaces for the cars. And the owners and the whole family and staff were super friendly and helpful with everything.
The location of the hotel was fantastic. A nice variety was offered at breakfast and it was nice to be sitting outside for breakfast. The rooms were clean and the fantastic noise insulation on the windows meant that despite its central location you couldn't hear any noise from the street. The staff was always very pleasant and friendly.
The village is wonderful. Good combination of liveliness and rest. Beautiful nature. Lovely Greek culture and food. The host of Castle View, Vivian, is very friendly and attentive. The castle view from the apartment balcony is super romantic. And in the hotel itself, the authentic bar area is a beauty. Cosy. Welcoming. Creative.
