The rooms have a balcony and an excellent view, shower is very well equipped and generally the rooms were excellent and felt new. The owner of the hotel who was in the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. In the breakfast you can choose between 4 different options including a great vegetarian breakfast which is rarely found. The restaurant of the hotel has great dishes and during our stay there was a night with live music.

The location is perfect and the view from the room windows makes you feel free and happy every time you look at it!

This is a great retreat on top of a mountain at 1100 meters, with breathtaking view. Cosy big room, comfortable bed, fireplace for the colder winter nights. Good mountain air, quiet and relaxing. Good home made food, nice breakfast. On top of all that, the couple running the place are so friendly, helpful and poised to do all that you need for a perfect stay. The most unique place in our Peloponnese trip. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Megalópolis
The apartment inside is exactly like the photos , no surprises ( negative or positive ) heating and hot water were functional. The lady that owns the apartment had us some things for breakfast prepared (eggs in the refrigerator, some croissants, and bread with marmalade). It's in a fine location in the centre of Arcadia region and is comfortable if you have a car to drive around the area in nearby villages etc.
Located in a beautiful old village in the center of the spectacular mountainous region of arcadia. The hotel itself is set in a historical building, which has been tastefully renovated. The host is a super friendly, funny guy, always happy to help out and taking care of his guests. We will definitely come again and would absolutely recommend this hotel to stay.

Lovely little hotel, in the heart of Dimitsana, with a great view to the village, ideal if you want to explore Arcadia. The hostess was more than kind, great attitude towards our little toddler, great breakfast.
Lovely and clean accommodation, very kind and helpful hosts, tasty breakfast, great location and view from the balcony. We extended out stay from one to two nights. Would recommend!
Perfectly located hotel, great staff and very good value
Absolutely great place with great hospitality. Beautiful view from the balcony. Spacious appartments. Pool. We spent a wonderful week there with the kids. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and some groceries for the first breakfast (before shopping). 15 minutes walk to the beach (steep descent, which was not a problem for us). Worth the price. For sure we can recommend to everyone.

This hotel is beauuuutiful! We stayed one night, enjoyed the sauna and the patio, explored Leonidion (loved it), and the breakfast in the morning was wonderful. The hotel staff were the most friendly and helpful.
Diverse and good breakfast, centrally located in Leonidio. The ladies working there are very nice and make you feel welcomed. We had a very nice holiday and had no issues during our stay.
A great spacious apartment within walking distance from the beach and local restaurants! The apartment was clean and well equipped for a short or long stay. Nice balconies for breakfast and two bathrooms ideal for families. The host was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it without second thought.

The location for our purposes was excellent. The hosts lived on site and made our stay very welcoming. The location also had a nice path to walk along the water and there was a very well rated seafood restaurant.
stunning view great location wonderful mountain village
We visited the homeland during Greek Easter and decided to stay at Houdis Houses. The facilities were wonderful. The children enjoyed sleeping upstairs in the lodge with the nice view and playing basketball on the court. The pool looked very inviting, but we didn't try it, as we hadn't brought swimsuits in April. Being Spring everything was in bloom and just taking in the view was a very relaxing experience. There was enough space for the children to ride their bicycles. In front of our house was a gazebo with a barbecue. The location was excellent. The beach was only 100m walk through a footpath. The picturesque town of Paralio Astros was in walking distance. Plenty of possibilities for excursions with the car along the beautiful coast of eastern Peloponnese. Good Wi-Fi access. Kitchen & Utilities perfectly comfortable. All in all this was one of our nicest stays in the last decade and we will come back. We didn't have any complaints. The owner was still kind enough to ask us if everything met our expectations and if we had any suggestions for improvement.
The accommodation was better than I expected. Very nice staff, good communication, rooms and bathroom perfectly clean, excellent equipment.
