We absolutely loved our stay here. It was ideal for travelling by car - an easy walk into the little town, and not far by car to the beaches. There was plenty of space for parking, the neighbourhood felt very safe, and it was quiet.
Our apartment was comfortable and very clean when we arrived. It was bigger than we had expected with a kitchen/dining area, a living room with couches, a desk & TV, a bathroom, bedrooms and balcony.
We were able to make good use of the kitchen for preparing our meals, and appreciated the full sized fridge-freezer and the cleaning supplies provided.
The bedroom was spacious with plenty of room for luggage and space to unpack a little. The blinds meant we could keep the bedroom as dark or bright as we preferred.
The bathroom was clean and everything worked well, including the washing machine. There was good water pressure in the shower and there was always hot water when we wanted it.
We'd definitely stay at Anna's Rooms again if we return to this area.

It was a home away from home! Very comfortable and very spacious. Our beautiful host was exceptional. The apartment was very comfortable and great location! Beds are comfy, coffee machine, toaster and washing machine! Great place to stay!

The place is new and modern, really functional as furniture. The location is near the port and street with restaurants and bars. The beach is not so near, i.e. need to transport to get there - by car or autobus ( the stop autobus is at the end of the street, maybe around 300m ). The place is clean and white.

Great apartman, lovely host. Brand new furniture... fresh, cozy stile... just perfect... in the heart of Nea Mighanoni.... but there is more... on our arrival in fridge was waiting bottle of water... ok.. almost standard... I like it... but there is more.... coffe maschine for nespresso with lot of capsuls... ok... nothing to rare...but fresh homemade cakes for welcome and toast bread, butter and jam in fridge... they want to be shure that nobody is hungry in their app... they are just perfect... lovely host... we spend over 100 of night in past 10 years all around Europa in lot of hotels and apartmant. This gesture we will remember!

Nea Michaniona is nice place to stay and enjoy in quite, take a walk through city with a sea view, eat good food with normal price and visit beaches around Thessaloniki. Near the city there is great Potamos beach and Melisa Seaside beach bar with fantastic food and great sunbeds and atmosphere. We stay 2 nights on the way to Sitonija.

I don't recommend this place.
I don't recommend this place. The beach is very dirty, not maintained and almost non-existent, its abandoned, the sea has many sea weeds. The village is rather depressing, the municipality does not care about it the sea shore. They also have huge numbers of poor homeless cats and kittens everywhere in the village, and they just cry.

It's a quiet fisherman village, not a typical tourist destination, so no beach clubs, no crowded and chaotic beach, just a beautiful quiet place, with warm shallow sea and plenty of space for everyone.

It is a nice calm place with a lot of restaurants and shops. Generally you have all that you need for a vacation. The onlu remark is that this place doesn't have a good beach. It is a relatively small and calm beach but the main problem is that there are plants and unpredictable rocks and sticks inside the water.

An accommodation with a decent price and satisfactory accommodation conditions. Completely disappointed that the internet did not work only 2 times throughout the 10-day stay, the situation was not remedied even after insisting on the owner. The city was once flourishing but now it looks like a ghost town, without the traditional taverns. But this is why the investments for the renewal and improvement of the accommodation conditions are void. Perfect cleaning, hot water all the time. The beaches are a few km away so it's good to have a car at your disposal.
