The transportation to the inn was quick and easy. The owner organized a driver to come pick me up and take me to the airport for 20 euro each way which was super helpful. Moreover, the driver Sotiris was a spectacular driver and showed me places to eat in Markopoulo during my one-night stay. Moreover, the room itself was quiet, clean, and had everything I needed. There was even a coffee shop behind the building that opens at 7am.

The apartment we stayed in was nice and clean with a garden view.
Staff were pleasant and approachable.
Free parking offered a relaxed form of travelling to and from the apartment.
The bathroom was modern and accessorised.
The kitchen was spacious and had all the required appliances for a comfortable stay.
The 2 bedrooms led to a terrace. They were spacius, one fitted 3 single beds, and the other fitted a superking size bed, a couch, and a Tv with other accessories such as such table and stands.
Would recoment for both short and long stay.

Specious apartment with 3 rooms that can accommodate 6 people. Shower was better than most other places we've stayed in - nothing fancy, just gets the job done without any issues.
Kitchen has an oven, induction stove, a coffee maker and a large fridge. Also had some refreshments when we arrived - bread, jam, butter, and similar condiments. There's a small yard that's perfect for breakfast.
Got some places to eat and drink a short walk away from the property. No noise from the street in the morning or night.

Vasi is an exceptional host..he offered airport transfers which made our trip so easy..he is extremely considerate and went out of his way to make us comfortable. Clean and spacious. Host was extremely helpful and accommodating. He happily organised transfers to and from the airport. I felt safe as a solo female traveller.

I liked the shuttle service and proximity to the grocery store. I disliked the unkempt condition of the beds, the unclean sinks in both kitchen and bathroom area. The management offered an alternate room to stay the first night while they sent the cleaning lady to clean the scheduled room for the following day. When we got back into the initial room we recognized that the bed linens were changed and the sinks were cleaned. However, there were bowls missing as well.

Great little town where we could walk just down the street for breakfast.
Felt very safe and loved the local neighborhood and the locals.

Very close to the airport, easy transfer .
Very close to the airport, easy transfer . Property surrounded by olive , fig and pistachio trees . It is isolated so is utilise the dinner service . Lovely warm welcome by the drivers and host . Couldn’t fault it as a stopover spot .

Markopoulo was very pleasant and not congested like Athens. I was not sure about staying there. I had stayed in Athens many times before. Now I will always stay in Markopoulo and drive into Athens when needed.

There's not a lot happening in this little town, but it was pleasant enough for a one-night stay. I did find a little out-of-the way restaurant that was good, unfortunately not going to remember the name. It's about 10 minutes walk from the hotel, heading toward the center of town, on the right. Good luck! :)

It was very dated, in poor condition and smelled like an ashtray or club/bar the next morning. No balcony, no views, no ensuite. We believe we were NOT given the apartment we booked. We stayed here as we had an early flight the following morning. Markopoulo is very dirty, very rundown in appearance and doesn't feel safe at all. No nearby supermarket or cafes or restaurants to get food. We left after 2 hours. The taxi driver said the area is "rough" and has had many complaints from tourists over the years. The nearby suburb of Spata is where we went and it was very convenient, safe, many restaurants & cafes & supermarkets for those on a budget.
