Actually, I can only say positive things. The host is very kind and helpful. They are available locally if you have any problems, but they never disturb your rest. We received a welcome package (wines, soft drinks, fruits) and during the week they surprised us with a traditional Greek meal, which they prepared with all their love. Clean accommodation and pool, well-kept garden, mood lighting, sea directly with your own place. Real relaxing accommodation, a jewel box with many jewels.

The property was very close to the sea. There is a garage and a very large garden. The food around the area was superb. There is Super Market very close to the property. The people who owned the property was very pleasant and polite. The house was very clean. The property was very easy to find.

Stunning view from the balcony to the sea. Excellent place to stop on the way from Athens airport to the Peloponnese area where we were heading. Good breakfast and everything worked very nicely. Nice restaurant also with beautiful seaview and outdoor facilities above the beach. No need to go look a place to eat elsewhere. Pebble beach, so bring your water shoes if you want to take a dip.

Our stay at this apartment in Agious Theodorous exceeded all expectations. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a memorable vacation with family. We appreciated the spacious layout and stylish decor, which made us feel right at home. The location was unbeatable, with shops, restaurants, and the beach all within easy reach. My stay at this studio was a delightful experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the pristine cleanliness of the space, which radiated a sense of care and attention to detail. The studio, though compact, was ingeniously designed to maximize comfort and functionality. The furnishings were not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploration.
The sea view it’s just partial sea view. Kitchinette in the room but nothing else - no plates or other ustensils. In the room description is mentioned coffee machine there was no coffee machine. No hair drayer in the bathroom. The accommodation is clean, the room spacious. The balcony is’s big. Parking space at the property it’s just a yard but ok better than to park on the street. Overall the accommodation is a 2 star on my opinion. No place for food in the location but around there are pleanty of options to eat. The beach is close, walking distance. Water was perfect. Location is close to Athena and Corint, Loutraky, Salamina island if you have a car than it’s a good place to stay for relax and visit the near by locations.

We didn’t like anything.
We didn’t like anything. We checked in, found out that the room is super old and need quickly renovation. Went for lunch and saw flies on the food everywhere and cats around, even at place where having lunch. Was a dirty hotel and we didn’t feel like we wanted on holidays. Checked out immediatly and left to another place, even having booked for 2 nights. Didn’t get any money back ofcourse, but that didn’t matter. Better places around to stay.

Kineta seems like a lost place with old hotels and empty streets. The place has a lot of potential and would need some colour and restoration. hope in the future this place can attract more tourists again.

You need to know what you get yourself into.
You need to know what you get yourself into. If you are a South African you will understand this. It is a typical Aventura holiday resort, they have group dancing and entertainers for the kids and the adults but it is not South African 4 star quality. Very expensive but if you go for the all inclusive rate then I suppose it justifies the cost.
The whole hotel offered a great experience for us and our 16 months old! Both the beach and the pool areas are lovely (several pools with different depths) - there is a big garden with plenty of shadow for the little ones. The room was clean and with a simple but nice balcony. Our toddler loved the children disco evening and the playground :) Food was reasonable but a bit repetitive if you stay for long - for a 4-day stay it was perfect. We’ll be back :)
We stayed here for a week. What a lovely place this is. The Apartments were spotless, the owners were welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. The area is an oasis of tranquility. All I can say is that it was a great find! Highly recommend Geranium Villa by the Sea (at Kineta) to any traveler, solo or family, you can’t go wrong here.

We loved the view and the little beach in front of the hotel. We ate at the hotel both nights we were there and it was delicious and good price. The mother and son who were working the hotel were so friendly and went out of their way to make our little girl happy and help with anything we needed. The view from our third floor balcony was amazing! What a gorgeous and quiet view. Amazing sunrises.
The location is very good on the main road to Athens in Kineta. The lady is very hospitable, speaks good English, and explained us everything we should have known around. The apartment was a real positive surprise, fresh, clean, and newly renovated, with marble floors, and nice cozy furniture and beds with metal frames in classical style. The kitchen is also well-equipped.
Excellent value for the price. Very friendly staff, helped us with everything we needed. Suitable for a vacation with small children, there is a playground inside the hotel as well as a playground near the beach. The beach of the hotel is lovely and includes a restaurant for those interested.
The hotel offers an excellent view in a quiet, pleasant location, with free, safe parking, room fridge, a beach bar, restaurants within walking distance along the beach, and easy access right off the highway -- useful for those traveling between between ferries in Pireaus and Patras.
We loved the hospitality, very welcoming. Alexandra was always there available for anything. Very sympatic, charismatic, with good English. She accomodated us as best as she could. Her establishment is better than many hotels we stayed before. Very high level of cleaninnes!
