Sandy beach, crystal clear sea water, a lot of very good choices around for coffee, ice cream, fast food, drinks. We were very happy with all the restaurants we stayed at and the food that was served to us. Affordable prices for souvenirs. Nice atmosphere overall.
The location is excellent, situated very close to both Katerini Municipal Park and the city center. The building has an elevator, and there are plenty of free parking spots available nearby. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed. There is an air conditioner in the living room and a heater in the bedroom. There is a lovely terrace, all necessary appliances, as well as amenities like a kettle, toaster, espresso machine, and complimentary bottles of water, tea, and coffee.
We really liked the room, it was sparkling clean and well-equipped with facilities. The location is perfect, right next to the beach, not more than 20 meters. The host was super kind and helpful, always answering our queries within minutes. The choice of this room really contributed to the lovely experience we had at Katerini Paralia. I would recommend this place to anyone and will surely go there again if I plan another trip to Katerini Paralia in the future.
The room was looking away from the busy central square of the city and it was quiet and clean. The breakfast was simple but had all the basic choices and good quality food. I also liked the available parking space in front of the hotel door in an otherwise extremely busy central square. The city has a beautiful pedestrian centre and all the cafes and restos were easily accessible on foot.

The appartment was very clean, cozy and all of the appliances were in good condition. The location is in the centre of the town and the owners were very polite and friendly. I would recommend it and if I return in Katerini i would definitely rebook it!
