As a final note, my honest score for the hotel was going to be 9 out of 10, but, since we enjoyed our time there as a family, I wish to contribute to increasing their score even more, so 10 it is. If we ever visit Karditsa again, we will definitely think of Avra for booking our stay.
The location is very central and one of the reasons we chose the apartment. It is only two blocks from the central square and dozens of restaurants. The photos of the apartment do not do it justice. It is clean, modern and the terrace is absolutely beautiful and functional. Lots of electric outlets everywhere for charging whatever. When back in Karditsa we will surely rent it again.

When we arrived were got the last spot on the parking lot in front of the hotel. We got checked in very quickly. The lady at the reception was very nice and friendly. We stayed in a regular double room with one kingsize bed. It was clean enough.
