Loved it here!! the views were stunning and all of the staff were so helpful, the pool is beautiful nice & deep for swimming. The property is situated close to the bus stop for Kardemena & Kos Town. The little courtesy bus to & from the beach was a bonus as it’s a bit of a hike back up if you miss it!

The location was perfect, right on the seafront very high spec and great attention to detail. The staff were so welcoming, and ensured everything was right for the guests. Marinos and George could not do enough for us, even finding a needle when I had a splinter. Breakfast was delicious and good choice. The owner Panos was always checking the guests were happy and had all they needed. We didn't want to leave .

We had the corner room with two balconies, one sees the beautiful sunrise, the other looks out to sea, this was the best thing about the property. It is a spacious room (though it has a very small bathroom). Kardamena is a charming and friendly fishing village. Lots of wonderful restaurants and bars to choose from. The locals are very helpful and friendly . A short distance from the airport so you are in and out of resort quickly. The airport is new and modern. Plenty of boat trips to other islands.

Our favourite place during day was the beach coast close to the bar Noa, because comfortable sunbeds, easy access to the sea, less people.
The part of beach near the hotel I used only for regular morning swimming. During day it was uncomfortable for us because sunbeds was not able to move to the shadow, it was too narrow space for all beds.
I learned that it is very easy to get to the hotel from the airport by public bus. There is no need to rent a car or travel by taxi. Also rent a car in the town is more cheaper then online rent a car.

Kardemena is a lovely friendly village. Safe for solo travellers. Plenty of lovely restaurants and bars. Not a party town at all. Lots of boat trips, car and buggy hire places. A lovely harbour to look at night or day from the many restaurants and bars facing it. It has 2 beaches. One aligned with a few beach bars/restaurants and the other very quiet. Plenty of little shops to dander around and enough supermarkets and mini markets for all your essentials. Good bus time table to Kos city , airport and other side of island and a central taxi rank
The staff was very caring and accommodating from day one, it is a family-run hotel with incredibly nice people who made our stay on Kos unforgettable. The hotel rooms were very nice and the view of the sea from the balcony was indescribably beautiful. The staff helped you with all sorts of questions. The food was also delicious and the pool provided a good rest. Overall, I recommend everyone who wants to come to Kos to stay at Sunny View Hotel. I will miss everything here, especially Francis, Nikki and George.
Daniela & Giannis are amazing hosts. When arrived we were offered spacious, clean and quiet apartment with big double bed and separate kitchen equipped with all amenities you may need for preparing basic meals. We had wonderful time at Amfi apartments and felt like a part of family from the very first moment. Thank you Daniela & Giannis for making our short break unforgettable. We already plan visitng Kos island and you place again.
I would recommend Angelina studios to everyone, very clean and budget friendly, you get everything you need. There is a big pool infront with a bar. Hosts 2x Nikos are very friendly and always there for what ever you need! The cleaning lady comes every other day. The location is a 5 minute walk from the town of Kardamena, perfect if you want peace and quiet but also want to look around. Would definately recommend to everyone. 5/5
We have seen other hotels on Kos, but none with an equal place at the ocean. It is a small but excellent hotel directly at the beach, every room with a fantastic view to the ocean.
Very tasty breakfast, very good service, very kind and helpful owner who always has an open ear for you and is interested in you having a relaxing and enjoyable holidays.
If we come back to Kos, we would stay at Nissea Boutique Hotel again.
The hotel beach and pools are amazing, and beautiful! The main restaurant is great with great variety of tasty food. The best part of mitsis Norida, is it's staff - they made our stay comfortable and fun, and we felt welcomed and cared for the entire time!
The activities organized by the hotel were great, and especially Ella made the volleyball and football tournaments (and the mini disco! ) super fun!

The location of the hotel is perfect since it’s just few mins away from the centre but in a very peaceful and relaxing area. The room was exactly what we were looking for, very clean and well furnished. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect location in Kos!

The hosts were very hospitable and lovely, we had some issues with the flight and they were very understanding and helpful in the situation. The stay was clean and we got new bed sheets and towels regularly. Plus, they had some amazing recommendations for food around the island. If we ever visit Kos again, we would definitely stay here.
If you're looking for tranquility and relaxation, this is the place for you! The photos are very true to life - the view from the apartments is stunning and the beach is private. Nikos and his wife were helpful and friendly, and did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible (which it was!).

Elisabeth was really friendly & helpful. Location is really good, it's still 3 min walking to the beach but quite quiet & you have a supermarket right across the hotel. The room is okay size, comfortable bed, clean, good shower. The cleaning comes everyday. And there is a nice balcony & AC in the room.
We always stay quite remotely away from a main town but this made for a nice change. Loved walking everywhere. Some exceptional restaurants and everyone we met at the hotel and staff at restaurants were so friendly and welcoming. Kos was certainly one of the friendliest Greek islands we have visited.
The place has everything you need very clean very modern and lovely balconies and the host is an absolute treasure ...I enjoyed my night sadly I only stayed one night as I was just passing through but if I'm ever in kos again for sure I will re rent this place
