Unique house with fireplace. Complete peace and quiet and yet only half an hour to Chania. I highly recommend the hiking trail on the board in the village.

Location

A clean complex. Spacious rooms. Attentive staff (reception and breakfast). Well air-conditioned rooms. Convenient drive to and from Chania town. The gym was well equipped. Breakfast offers customised and fresh omelettes & baked potatoes.

We have stayed here before and because we enjoyed it last time we booked again. We were attending the Remembrance Day service at Souda and it`s just around the corner from here. Clean ,comfortable and well equipped room.

Great place to stay with family for your calm vacation. To mention the main benefits of the place: 1. Clean apartment stuffed with all things needed for your stay (everything available if you want to cook). You can feel yourself as at your own residence house not far from the sea :) 2. Very friendly and kind stuff. We were welcoming by amazing person Chrisa who shared with us lots of useful tips (where to eat/where better to go/where to shop etc) She was very responsive and helpful in case of questions from our side during the whole stay. 3. Great green territory with very clean swimming pool with lots of available places and nice view to the sea (acceded expectations) 4. Very good sand beach and not crowded at all (we were coming at 9am and almost all of sun beads were still available). You can take sun-beads with umbrella with deposit for 10 Euro for which you can order anything you want from the bar. 5. Not far from the beach. It was 5 minutes to get to the beach by foot, but to get back around 10min, because you have to go uphill (we took it as benefit to have exercise not to get fat after vacation :)) 6. The biggest supermarket of Kalyves on the way to the beach which is super convenient as you don’t have to go somewhere separately to find good products (btw avocado and peach was really delicious from there). Thank you very much for our amazing vacation! I would love to come back one more time!

Great big clean room and safe parking

You have to keep in mind that this accommodation offers more than you pay for.. The house is spacious with everything you need. Huge terrace downstairs and also upstairs. Very quiet area. Good Internet with good phone signal, great if you're working remotely. (This is what we did) Air-conditioning on each room. Well equipped kitchen. Good washing machine. The bed sheets were clean. The weather in the evening is amazing. We had chill nights to enjoy. The TV from upstairs is perfect for netflix.

Quiet location; personable helpful host; full access to common kitchen, but room had electric kettle and instant coffee, parking on site; great value in off season; great water views; 20 minutes drive to Chania or airport

It was too good. Better than the pictures and of course a way beyond expectations. I was travelling around Chania and had to book a few properties but to my surprise none of them were like what I expected from the pictures. In this one the host was warm and welcoming. The apartment was nice and clean and I even got a bit of a grocery to begin with. Some welcome drinks, snacks and so on. He was so kind and was just one message away. I got immediate responses whenever I tried to reach out. I had to come early and it was also arranged. I had an early flight so I even asked him to drop me off and for a very little fee he dropped me at the airport and even waited for me for several minutes. He was so kind that I even asked for a few more things and it was provided to me immediately. We communicated in English so that also added a bit of comfort for me.
