Amazing location and view, very nice and natural design. We really loved our terrace and the pool was heated in most of the time. The staff was very helpful and and kind. I also tried the spa which was absolutely perfect. We also had late check out and ordered room service, all was quickly and professionally solved.

Very spacious room, modern design, bathroom with hot water always available, the most amazing view from the balcony. Excellent staff, so friendly and helpful. We went half-board, loved the food, everything was fresh and tasty, and in our opinion there was plenty of choice (gemista - so yummy!). The hotel has a pool with plenty of sunbeds, too. It’s located in a quiet, beautiful location, slightly on a hill, but we regularly hike (even my 72-year-old mum) so it wasn’t a problem for us at all, I think even people with limited mobility could easily manage that location as it’s only a few minutes’ walk from the town centre, beaches, shops and a bus stop. We loved our stay there and would highly recommend that hotel to everyone who loves a relaxing holiday in a beautiful surroundings. Waking up to the sunrise from our balcony was the best feeling possible.

The facilities were fantastic, especially for families with small children. The size of the property meant no-where felt crowded. The managers clearly care about the property and are very present. Nothing was too much trouble. They are doing a wonderful job. Some of the reception staff are less than helpful but they can generally be side-stepped; guest services are very helpful. We had a magical stay, thank you Fodele!
The room was an amazing fit for our family (2 young children) and it was less than 20 meters to the sea. The food was very good and in very high quality. The hotel was exceptionally clean and most of the staff were extremely welcoming and nice.
We appreciated it that the hotel staff contacted us a few days before our arrival to make sure that we are set and help with any questions and requests we had.
There is everything you need in the apartment. I really liked the big bed most times I don't sleep good in the hotel bed but this one was very comfortable and big. It's has a nice rooftop with table chairs and sunbed. For me it was perfect to do some sport excersices up there.

The staff is great and so helpful! The service at the hotel is amazing! Their guest relations service is exceptional, they checked on us by WhatsApp every day if we’re o.k and if we need anything.
The hotel and rooms are very clean and well maintained. The AC in the room worked great which was very important for us during the very hot summer days.
Hotel is good for kids and short vacation. Very little options for adults and by day 3 you did everything you need to do there. The City Heraklion is 30minutes away but will cost you every day about EURO 80 to go and come back if you want to go out with your spouse. Food is not good plain and simple. I was expecting good Greek food at least.
Exceptionally large family rooms. Amazing view on the beautiful bay from almost everywhere in the hotel. Everything is new and well maintained. No lines in the water park! Very responsive and kind staff. Еverything is very well thought out. Amazing value for money! Kids enjoyed the water attractions and the kids disco at nights.

We took the family room. It was clean and very spacious. Large variety of food. There were several pools and the sea was quite calm. We had nice yoga and pilates session in the morning. People very friendly. Perfect hotel for family with kids.

Lovely apartment right on the beach. Beautiful bay. There are 3 very nice Tavernas on the doorstep and the Fodele Beach Hotel only 5 mins away, where we went to a wedding. Would stay again.
