Really a stunning house. Very roomy, with an excellent pool and year (including a roaming turtle in our case). Located in a small town in national park, about an hour from Athens, but also near a number of beachs. You certainly need a car, but there are grocery stores on the road to/from Athens/airport. You have to be lucky to find a parking place in Athens, particularly for anything but a tiny car, but we found it worked well to park at the airport (which is on the way from the house to Athens) and then catch the train in. The owners were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The host is super nice and welcomed us with a bottle of white wine and traditional sweets that were very appreciated! There's a lot of space inside and outside the location. With a car is super easy to drive around, enjoy the sunset in Sounio or reach restaurants and beaches. We took a two rooms apartment that has 2 bathrooms and a spacious Livingroom. I hope to get back soon over there!
