Our two-nights stay was pleasant. Even though we did not meet the owner in person, we received very detailed and accurate instructions on how to get the keys. The villa was very clean and equipped with all the necessary items for our short stay. Beds were comfortable and Internet was fast and stable. There are two air conditioning units, one in the main bedroom and one in the living room. However, all the rooms are equipped with ceiling ventilators that help recirculate the air within the villa.

The season ended a week before I arrived on Tuesday 13/09/2022. Some cafe's were closed already.
Some cafe's were still open, which was good, and the beach was not busy which was even better...
The village main street was all open so I had everything I needed within walking distance.
20 minutes by car, The Corinth Canal Visitor center is worth a 30 minutes stop on the way to Korinthos. Or drop down to Isthmia to catch a boat trip through the canal.

Located in a quiet place along the shore, slightly off the crowded center of Tolos (which can be rather "animated" at night during peak season), but still at walking distance.
For the rooms with balcony, the view on the sea (Argolic Gulf) is priceless. The beach is across the road.
Small private car park at the back of the hotel ; otherwise, parking facilities on the street in front of the hotel.

I really loved my stay at the hotel. Location is amazing near Athens and right at the beach. Hotel has a big garden and beautiful pool. Facilities are brand new and the bed was super comfortable. Sun-beds were the best I have seen. Staff is super nice and helpful. Hotel was not crowded on the weekdays and it felt like I had a personal beach and pool in the mornings. Breakfast was very good and there are sporty activities in the sea for free
The Staff was just amazing. The dining room is amazing (not similar to anything else in Europe).
