Drosostalia taverna and the little café shop beside it are extremely friendly. Drosostalia in particular gets special mention from me - I have food allergies, and George the owner was especially good at making sure that I was safe - and I was especially delighted when he recognised me the following week. This, plus the delicious food and huge portions, made for the best dining experience I've had on Crete - it's so nice to be able to enjoy the food and not worry about allergies!
Kalyves is also close by, so all amenities are just a short way away. Koumos taverna is an absolute delight to visit - so much more than just a taverna - and the live music is absolutely amazing.

A great holiday ! The villa worked well for 2 families . The outside table /bbq area was a wonderful place to eat at all times . The pools were wonderful . The whole place was well maintained and lovingly looked after. The addition of fresh oranges and eggs daily was a real bonus .
