The hotel is central and within easy reach of the beach and moors but you need a car. The food is excellent and there are a couple of other restaurants in the area. A small row of shops is near the hotel which cover most necessities, as well as a garage and petrol station.

Booked through Booking.com what I thought was bed and breakfast only to find it was room only. Breakfast cost for 4 adults and 2 children around £70!
I had already paid £240+ for 1 night for four adults and two children on way to Cornwall.
I was told at reception that it would have been cheaper had I booked direct with Hotel and not BOOKING.COM.
Won't make that mistake again.
