While on a main road lovely trees and gardens so room was cool and views of tree lovely in the surprisingly warm three days. Room clean and tidy as was bathroom. Breakfast especially good...cooked to order and clearly not been prepared or waiting under warmer. Thoughnot real ale drinkers the brewery was very interesting. Lots of choice of outdoor seating. 10/15minute stroll to seafront. Staff friendly and attentive.

The room was very nicely decorated. I really appreciated being able to have the window open. The cooked breakfast was excellent and served by someone very helpful and friendly who enabled me to eat on the terrace in the garden rather than indoors.

A lively seaside town with a range of eateries and accommodation to suit most tastes and budgets, along with entertainment venues like the historic Dome cinema. There was a terrific little street food festival on during my visit.

Located on south coast, many beautiful areas and buildings to enjoy as well as the pristine seafront. Parking like anywhere, can be a pain, but can usually find somewhere close to destination. Was lucky enough to have a genuine little craft pub at end of the street.

Old fashioned style resort which is a characteristic of British heritage. There is a degree of melancholy that is actually quite fascinating. The demographic probably favours over 50s of whom I, unfortunately, am one.

Family meal at the Toby Carvery in Goring Road, food and service all very good. Beer at The Parsonage which has a great choice of Sussex real ales and a friendly, knowledgeable publican. The seafront very nice for a walk.

I stayed in West Worthing, near to Tarring Village.

I stayed in West Worthing, near to Tarring Village. A lovely place with lots of gorgeous old buildings to look at. The restaurant in Tarring was wonderful and the food and service were superb. The gentleman who ran the accommodation was a perfect gentleman and even helped me with my bags to and from the car (because of my arthritis) and dropped me to the restaurant in the evening, so I had a lovely walk back in the evening. I was given help with directions to the wedding venue too. It is very easy to drive to and in Worthing and even easier to West Worthing.
