We didn’t have the breakfast due to our commitments. The location and house was beautiful, loved it being a little out of the city but very accessible. I was very well looked after by staff in reception and would love to come back.

I stay outside Worcester but don't come from area.
Some places can be expensive, too expensive. Takes time to find what is reasonable priced.
Lot of roadworks, traffic diversions - very annoying and could understand people not visiting or staying long because of this.
Lot of cafes, but almost all closed for business by early afternoon - bit of wilderness for such cafes in afternoon/evening.

I spent 1 night and 1 day here with a specific itinerary - the historic ghost walk, the cathedral, Greyfriars, Tudor museum.
Worcester is very easy to travel to by train and car and to get around. There are some fantastic historic buildings, cafes and pubs. I stayed at Browns at the Quay and ate there. I also had a delicious afternoon tea at G&Tea. A very enjoyable stay - will be back soon to see some other things!

A beautiful little city, not as touristy as York or Chester but along those lines. Getting off the train at Worcester Foregate Station (handy for day trips to Gloucester, Great Malvern and Hereford) and you're straight into the middle of town, loads of shops and restaurants, excellent museum, heavenly cathedral, Friar street, a lovely medieval road, includes the Tudor house museum. There is also a Royal Worcester pottery museum which is excellent....recommended. NOTE: A few Worcester attractions are closed Mon & Tue....need to check !!
Staff were very helpful, friendly and polite and nothing was too much trouble.
Food was great and good value for money.
Beer garden was the best I have seen. There was plenty of tables outside and also a covered area that had heaters. There was a brilliant area for children to play in that is safe and secure.
The level of cleanliness is exceptional.
We had our dog and the location was perfect with great walks nearby.
We are travelling from Scotland to Torquay and this was a fabulous hotel to break the journey. A great start to our holiday.
Stayed in Room 204:
* Room was on a whole very clean, as was rest of hotel.
* Location is superb for almost everything in Worcester, especially Forgeate Street Station.
* Rooms are extremely well finished, as are the bathrooms
* Staff were generally very helpful.
* All in all, I would happily stay again and recommend to others, (but perhaps not business travelers).
An excellent find. We were given a wonderfully friendly welcome and shown to our rooms which were more spacious and more comfortable than rooms in much larger and expensive hotels. The location was just what we needed - a quiet village setting and close to the Elgar Birthplace Museum. We will certainly stay here again on future Worcester trips.
Check in was great. Room was good and facilities inside were good. The beds were really comfortable and clean. The full English breakfast was lovely and hot and delicious. The only hiccup was that I didn’t realise you needed an exit token from reception to exit the car park. On the whole a very good stay at the Worcester Whitehouse Hotel.
The room was quite big compared to others I have used and the bed was comfortable. The one thing that really annoyed me was the £10 per day charge for parking my car in the Hotel's Car Park area. I consider this to be un-acceptable. On this holiday, I stayed in 10 hotels in total and Fownes Hotel was the only one to charge for parking.
The room had an excellent view over the Severn and we enjoyed watching the large number of swans which swam up and down in front of our window. The accommodation was spacious and well furnished. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in a good location for exploring the centre of Worcester
Location was excellent. Views over the River Severn. Easy towpath walk to the city of Worcester. lots to see and do.
Hotel had extensive beer gardens to maximise view and a lovely garden room to eat in.
Room was spacious with all you could need and a comfi bed.
Very straightforward to find, on fairly major road out of Worcester; good parking. Friendly, efficient welcome. Amazing log fire. Real pub serving excellent, good-value dinner and perfectly cooked and presented breakfast. Room exceptionally fresh and clean.
Wow. What a great find. Hope to stay again as loved Worcester and the apartment. Great location. Very tasteful and very well equipped. Great shower and very comfortable bed. Secure car park with allocated space. Nice extra touches, which were appreciated.
I always stay at the Diglis Hotel when traveling to Worcester and I am never disappointed. The staff are friendly as always. The breakfasts are world class and the rooms as comfortable as ever. Thanks team Diglis. you will see me again :)
well pleased on arrival with first impression and location of the Dewdrop Inn. Made very welcome. Excellent rooms and excellent food. Well looked after by all the staff. If in the area would definately stay there again.
Nice hotel, clean rooms.
Spa was lovely facilities but not clean - ladies toilet in the spa was very dusty, floors dirty and toilet not been cleaned for a long time. Spa floor where loungers were was also dusty
