Loved everything about it. Hope to stay longer next visit. Would recommend.

This hotel is in the most magnificent and very well maintained grounds. The restaurant provides good quality meals for both dinner and breakfast, which is substantial. There is a good bar and there are several spaces, both indoor and out, to relax. The hotel has a remarkable World War II history with strong connections with the RAF. Many wall mounted photographs demonstrate this.

Truly first class accommodation, from the ultra comfy beds to the superb layout, including the three bathrooms and the spacious kitchen, lounge dining area. Nearly forgot to mention the central location with shops, takeaways, a superb butchers and a pub within easy reach. The nice touch of actual live plants in the living space was appreciated.

Great location, the tent has everything we needed and more (cooker, fire pit for BBQ, fridge, kitchenware, kettle, table chairs). The children’s beds and table & chairs were an excellent touch. Facilities are good and clean. Hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful - brought toys out and a mud kitchen for my girls. Lovely swing, quiet area, peaceful with wildlife (birds, rabbits). I’ll be coming back with some more family!
Very convenient for Woodhall Spa golf resort. We also went to Lincoln which was only 30 mins away well worth a visit. Some lovely local restaurants in the town - no chains. Also nice local shops. Highly recommend the Mediterranean restaurant - ate there twice - food fresh and delicious.

Woodhall Spa is a lovely, quaint little town with interesting independent shops down a long and attractive high street. Some road closures whilst I was there made it hard to get to-I assume these were temporary. Appeared to be a golfers paradise! The book shop and deli are well worth a visit.

A fantastic hotel to stay in.
A fantastic hotel to stay in. Very well located for visiting Bomber Command Memorial, East Kirby Heritage Centre, Battle of Britian Memorial Flight and the City of Lincoln. If travelling to Lincoln use the Park and Ride it's so much easier and cheaper than parking in the city. We will definitely be returning to Petwood Hotel.

This was a short visit to celebrate my husband's birthday.
This was a short visit to celebrate my husband's birthday. After a lovely stay at Petwood Hotel we looked around Woodhall Spa (although we had been there before). Parking is easy - the first 2 hours are free or park on the road. There is a Sainsburys just near to the centre. The individual shops are very interesting. A delightful bread shop/deli, cafes and an independent greengrocer (which is rare) were all well stocked and the staff were very friendly.

We enjoyed the historical information about RAF in WW2 visited war memorial ate at Bluebell Inn and pet wood Hotel both RAF mess sites
The old Kinema was a delight.Indian restaurant very good.lovely walks and great o independent shops
The location was great. Quiet and peaceful, and just out of town,, but close enough to walk to everything (which we did) and which was exactly what we wanted. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-planned. Cleanliness was excellent. Staff very kind and helpful. We will definitely recommend this place to friends. The Kinema in the Woods is just up the road, and we have been wanting to visit this place for years. EVERYONE should visit it, and Village Limits is a great place to stay for Woodhall Spa and the Kinema in the Woods.
Everything in the property is to an extremely high standard and it is spotless everywhere. It is sunny and warm and It has a wonderful patio overlooking the garden and golf course at the end. Parking is right at the front door so no long hauls with luggage. On top of all that Michael provides extras over and above what is expected from milk to wine and crisps and from teas of various specialities to a coffee pod machine and biscuits. There is nothing to fault.
We had a very enjoyable 3 night stay at The Inn at Woodhall Spa. A friendly welcome on our arrival, a room that exceeded our expectations, plenty of off road private parking and good quality food provided at both breakfast and Dinner. Woodhall spa was a lovely base for exploring the South Lincolnshire Wolds, an attractive town with picturesque Main Street full of independent shops which gave a pleasant feel of a friendly 1950’s England.
Wonderful apartment in the centre of Woodhall Spa. The attic space rooms was well equipped and fitted out. Easy walk to the key locations in the town. We stayed Thur/Fri evenings and the bonus for us was it was 40's weekend so the street outside was lined with vintage vehicles and people in period costume. Plentiful off-road parking at the rear of the property.
Property was in excellent order, New fittings and fixtures, spotlessly clean. The location is superb, with easy walk into the beautiful town of Woodhall Spa with its variety of eating establishments, independent shops and historical monuments related to 617 squadron. The pictures and description do not do it justice.
Fabulously located, right near the heart of Woodhall Spa, has everything you could possibly need nearby, including a very popular fish & chip shop. The room was spotlessly clean, also has a fab little kitchenette that was perfect for what I needed. Nice comfy bed and welcoming hosts.
The rooms were luxurious and up to the standards of a very superior grade hotel.
The hosts were warm, welcoming and sincere , making us feel truly at home.
The breakfasts were gourmet spectacular!
The location is superb. In the country yet minutes from Woodhall Spa.
Large room at the front of the hotel overlooking the carpark and trees. Nice bathroom with bath and shower, tea tray with tea and coffee. Comfortable beds and clean and tidy. Nice cooked breakfast. Great location to explore Woodhall Spa.
The helpfulness of the staff was great, particularly the woman who was running the place. It was good value and
the location right in Woodhall Spa was very good. I would definitely stay there again.
Bob was friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had everything we needed. Excellent venue and location for golfing at Woodhall Spa. A last-minute room type change was gladly accommodated...THANK YOU.
