The warm welcome, especially the offer of a brew when we arrived. Lovely comfortable room and facilites.
The breakfast was superb with lots of choice, plus the cooked breakfast was piping hot as were the plates.
Great quality at reasonable prices.
Everything about this accommodation just oozed quality, even down to the towels provided.
The fact that food and drink was available just a dozen steps away was the icing on the cake.
Can thoroughly recommend this little gem.

Beautiful wycoller and boulsworth moor are nearby. As is Haworth and Pendle hill so it’s great for exploring the outdoors. Boundary mill is also in nearby Colne for a bit of shopping . Nice hidden gem in Lancashire . Access is a little limited as it’s quite a hilly area in places .
