it is a lovely, historic Inn. Proper “inn” style where you arrive into the bar and the rooms are at the back. The food is excellent - great British basics like steak and ale pie! The staff are really friendly and kind. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and the location is the heart of historic Hampshire with beautiful countryside and many walks and attractions around. I would definitely recommend the Winchfield Inn as a cosy, down to earth base for exploring the area. it’s very good value for money.

Great hotel especially with kids. Staff are lovely. A few issues during our stay- the air conditioning unit was so loud on the second night no one could sleep. Not really what you expect from a hotel or this calibre (and they only removed service charge for this 🤣). We may have just been unlucky with that so would highly recommend.

Large garden; ideal for families. Spotlessly clean; comfortable room … great sleep! Food available if required. Pat and Lyn great hosts!
