The 2 ladies that seemed to carry out most of the public tasks were brilliant, always happy and smiling and willing to help when they were required. The evening meals were good and perfectly cooked and after returning to the bar we were able to get drinks and sit and relax until 10ish.
The breakfast was excellent, the 'full english' was huge and set us up for the day. However there was not much of a selection of cereal and no fruit or bread rolls etc as found in some hotels

The staff were a delight- welcoming, friendly and professional. Our room was small but perfectly formed and super clean with a very comfortable bed. The food was excellent and my lactose intolerance was managed discretely.

when we arrived we were met by a lovely lad behind the bar who checked us in and showed us to our room, the room was spotless clean quite a small room for a suite so was glad didn’t go for a standard room..we booked to have a meal in restaurant unfortunately i was feeling very unwell so didn’t eat mine but my wife loved hers..we then went up to bed around 9.30pm but unfortunately could not get to sleep due to the music downstairs in the pub it was very loud and this went on until after 12 so not great..the bed was not the most comfy either and think the mattress either needs upgrading felt quite cheap..felt super tired in the morning due to a restless night then went down for breakfast was a good breakfast but not very hot by any means..the restaurant staff were great very polite and helpful and the bar staff were so lovely engaging in to conversation with us even though they were incredibly busy…the ales and lagers are vast you won’t struggle to choose a drink there is a very wide choice even soft drinks..just wish we could of got a good nights sleep..so if your planning on going on sat night please bare in mind they maybe a dj on until late if you want a relatively early night because you will struggle to get to sleep before 12 at night

A beautiful Dales village just a short, down hill walk, into Grassington. Threshfield has an excellent pub called The Old Hall Inn that sells gorgeous food and even does take away.
I recommend the Threshfield Quarry Walk , is a beautiful circular walk with lots to see.
The location was excellent, overlooking the rugby ground and we could see a lot of birds and a bat. It was easy to walk into Threshfield and Grassington, and to go for local walks as well as to shops for postcards, a few groceries, ice cream etc. The cake on arrival was delicious and appreciated, and we found the whole property to be in really good condition and comfortable. Also, I had an odd liking for the armchair in the bathroom.
Beautiful location well appointed flat, everything was just right for us.
the parking was hassle free, pub opposite a real bonus, the Village of Grassington just a short walk. the Par at Threshfield excellent village store
