Everything was fine, apart from the state of the furniture inside the rooms, very old, stained and some of them very squicky and broken. I would recommend looking after those as it is an expensive hotel.

had a very good sleep as bed was comfortable ,the Italian restaurant was really nice ,location good to get to places and central london . Will be coming back. had WiFi issues with our room moved our rooms immediately without a issue .only downfall is the swimming pool needs a bit of work as the seal from the sides of the pool is coming off and visible ( felt pieces off it under my foot when swimming) and the temperature of the water is quite cold . you also need to book in advance for a spa slot rather than going down when you have spare time . room service was quick and food tasty aswell . had a overall pleasant experience .
