It was everything that I was looking for. The necessities were all there and that’s all you need. Fast and stable wifi, room wasn’t hot, but I did arrive when it was mostly 22 degrees celsius, just to note. Quick 15 minute walk to Edgware station, direct line to central london. Good spots for food takeaway and local supermarkets. The hosts made the stay welcoming, explained everything, and left me to myself which was great.

The room was clean, all people in charge of hotel services were really nice. The pub is a great place to have a beer or dinner. Breakfast buffet is a good deal.

It was a great and cosy, clean friendly accommodation and hosts. Nice private garden. All amenities on hand. TV wifi, channels, fridge, washing machine, stove. Easy to get to local shops and high street. Close to underground. Lots of street parking right outside the front gate.
Messaging from hosts was friendly, timely and helpful. Loved the accommodation. Felt like a home away from home. Could easily have stayed longer.

Nice place to stay, very clean and tidy. Friendly and helpful owner. Good location, 20' walk from tube stations. Perfect place to stay in London if you are planning to drive (you can park outside the house).

Everything you need is within walking distance.
Everything you need is within walking distance. Plenty of public transport available; an array of shops, bakeries and restaurants to choose from and an added bonus is that you're always guaranteed a seat on the train from Edgware Station because it's at the top of the Northern line.
