Rather tired and in need of refurbishment.

Rather tired and in need of refurbishment. But clean and comfortable, wth everything you need for a self-catering stay. Lovely, quiet location. As a private hire we had to pay for temporary passes in order to use the swiming pool and bar/cafe areas.

St Margaret's is a fantastic location.

St Margaret's is a fantastic location. It's perfect for exploring the region from Deal to Dover, all in easy cycling distance, or via the coastal path walk. South Foreland Lighthouse has great views and is nice for afternoon tea. Dover Castle is easily a two day visit. Castle one day, WW2 tunnels a second. Walmer Castle is a nice day exploring the gardens. Great Places to eat: The Coastguard, St Margaret's Bay. The Court Yard, Sondes Road, Deal. Both have great food, and very friendly, helpful staff. Zetland Arms in Kingsdown is VERY busy, good place for a drink but food service is slow and the dining area is noisy.
