We were warmly greeted by Karen and shown to our room, which was large and newly decorated. She had provided a good supply of tea, coffee (including decaf), biscuits etc. The breakfast was very generous, with everything that you might want for a continental breakfast. Delivered to our door each morning and beautifully presented.
The property is within walking distance of Southbourne railway station for trains to Portsmouth, Chichester, etc. and handy for the pretty town of Emsworth, which has a good selection of small shops and restaurants.
