Tyler is an exceptional host. We had to request an out of hours check in and he went over and above to meet our needs. Our rooms were ready when we needed them to. The breakfast was amazing and the cookies in the room, which I think are homemade, are just sublime.
The room is well appointed with everything you need and great care has been taken to make the guests feel at home.

The staff were brilliant, friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary biscuits were amazing. I wish they’d had bags of them for sale! The breakfast was also amazing, the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever tasted. The hotel was in an excellent location. A short walk into beautiful Southwold. We would definitely love to stay again.
