There are walks that literally lead from the pub's door that are delightful and are circular in nature. The walks lead along the river edge and a disused railway line as well as across fields and through woods. Soberton is 10 mins from Fareham, 20 mins from Portsmouth and 30 mins from Southampton or Winchester, so there is always plenty to do, even if the weather turns rainy.

I spent my time off road cycling and walking, there is not a lot in the village very quiet, which suits me. Great location as abase for walking cycling and if you need more shops than are available in local villages then Petersfield is not far away.
