The venue itself is pleasant, and clean, the staf are fantastic but there is a serious lack of staff, the management need to employ more bar staff, resturant staff, and general staff members, waiting 25minutes for a drink at the bar is not right, and this was constant through the whole evening at certain times at our event

We stayed at the New Flying horse Inn, while walking the Pilgrims Way. Staff were so helpful, friendly and accomodating. Food was fantastic and great service. Breakfast was 5 star and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Would highly recommend this hotel/restaurant/pub - i could not fault it - perfection

It was clean a d comfortable. Very useful for us as guests at a nearby wedding. The couple were lovely and checked in with us but gave us privacy. There were welcome gifts which was a lovely touch.
