I am travelling for work so this suited my needs. The room was clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. There is a Coop and obviously the pub to eat in. I didn't have my evening meal in the pub but the breakfast was good.

The views from the conservatory where we had breakfast were stunning and quite compensated for the location on the edge of town. Anne our host was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was generous with an array of fresh fruit as well as a cooked breakfast and croissants.
The rest is on the corner of two country roads. Very little traffic to disturb your stay. But plenty of birdlife some of which could be seen in the garden and parking area. These are country roads that are appropriately narrow, so drive carefully, as although there won't be much traffic you will need to spot passing places just in case. The nearest village centre was Loddon with a good selection of take-aways and a fine restaurant in the Swan. The Reedham Ferry isn't far away and is the only remaining ferry in Norfolk. The Ferry in is a charming character pub with a good selection of beers and an attractive menu. Good place to go for lunch and sit outside watching the boats sail past.
