Really friendly staff and the food was lovely. The room was comfortable and spotless. Great base for exploring North Cornwall as well. Only 20 minutes to a beach. The hotel has been renovated to a high standard and still ongoing, but that doesn't affect your stay.

St Moritz Hotel, hotel in Saint Minver

With views over the Camel Estuary and Atlantic Ocean, St Moritz Hotel features a spa with indoor and outdoor pool, gym and tennis courts.

Wonderful location, lovely staff. I loved that there were buckets and spades to borrow for children. I didn’t have breakfast but if it was like everything else I am sure it was good. Wish I could have stayed longer - but I’ll be back.

The Slipway, hotel in Saint Minver

The Slipway is a Grade II listed building that dates back to 1527 and is located opposite Port Isaac harbour.

The location of the hotel was phenomenonal: being on the platt where the action was. We had a beautiful room with a balcony. The service was excellent. Steve checked us in and always had a friendly Hello for us. We saw him work very hard throughout the days we were there. The breakfast we had was delicious and in an unique and very bright room.

    This property is very overpriced.

This property is very overpriced. The garden isn't as per the photos. They have put up a fence meaning you only have access to roughly a third of the garden shown in the photos and this means you DON'T have a sea view unless you stand on the step outside the back door. We also weren't allowed to use the hot tub but weren't told this until we were booking in the day before and we happened to mention how much we were looking forward to using it. The adjoining property is very messy and has lots of building going on. The location is good but I would chose another property to stay at.

There are no onsite amenities so those looking for shops etc wouldn't enjoy it ,but if you are aware of this and like peace and quiet it's ideal quick access to the local beaches ie Rock, lots of nice places to dine if you don't mind a short drive.
