Susan & Ted really looked after us, including buying the particular muesli I like. Very comfortable bed. Everything spotlessly clean. Small but functional, quiet room. 10 minutes level walk from the railway station. Wetherspoons & supermarkets 5 minutes walk away. Mykabs £6.00 to the station.

Greeted warmly on arrival and given clear instructions re parking. Room very comfortable and quiet with lovely views. The excellent bed and darkness at night made for a good sleep. Wide variety of items on the breakfast trolley followed by a delicious "full English"! No rush to check out.

    Seaton beach within easy reach for dog friendly beach, also Whitsands Bay, little difficult to get to but worth it for dog walking. Coddy Shop for great fish and chips. Unfortunately car needed for any days out.
