I think there should be two prices for the breakfast as I didn’t want a cooked breakfast and the price included it.

The copper bath tub, but even the river view is not worth with a view, is disappointing as the windows steams up and condenses as there is not double glazing. They also don’t give any products to use in the bath,

Location great
Plenty of cafes & restaurants close by.
Numerous supermarkets within walking distance.
Riverside walks and markets in the square behind the apartment.
Stayed in one of their Villas then moved to the Riverside apartment. Villa had better facilities and also bigger - was just across the main bridge. Then moved to Riverside apartment which was smaller in size but better location and views. Good communication with owners and they facilitated a good stay.

During my travels through London, I have experienced numerous accommodations, and I must commend the Selwyn Hotel for making a truly remarkable impression. The atmosphere was exceptionally warm and welcoming, a perfect respite following our journey from the States. The comfort of the beds significantly enhanced our first night's stay.
Located in Richmond, the hotel was an ideal base for exploring local sites. The staff consistently extended a warm welcome, making our visit even more enjoyable. The manager personally ensured that we were well cared for, further exemplifying the hotel's commitment to outstanding guest service. Each staff member we encountered was both friendly and professional.
I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit to London, during which I intend to return to the Selwyn Hotel. This stay was a standout experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking exceptional hospitality.

Didn’t get chance to see more than the park but it was worth the stay just for that. We were visiting for a sporting event nearby and we were perfectly situated. The surrounding area looked lovely, very green and clean. Walking in London and seeing wild deer is a must

Beautiful place. Loads of lovely small back streets with unique shops to wander down. Loads of places to eat out. Views from the bridges were amazing. Everything once parked up just seemed within walking distance.

We liked the restaurants and cafés.
We liked the restaurants and cafés. There are many interesting places to visit nearby. We enjoyed Syon Huse, Osterley House and the London Wetland Centre. It's an easy train journet to Waterloo Station for Central London. I wouldn't want to live under the Heathrow flight path.

The food was great from a highly rated chef, and the dining room had a great view of the countryside along the Thames. The room and building was attractive. The hotel area was rather exclusive, near the National Archives and Kew Gardens and shopping center where I wanted to visit, and it was between Heathrow Airport and London city center. I took taxis, but there was a subway stop down the road. The staff is friendly and helpful. The owners have produced a useful map of the area. The hotel has a library and meeting rooms.
We love this hotel - it is our favorite place for a stop on the way to or from Heathrow airport. But it is much more than a stop over - the location is incredible, Richmond is a real gem and this hotel is perfectly located. You could easily make this your base to explore west London. The staff are very friendly and helpful and will work hard to accommodate your needs. The Georgian rooms are fantastic: they are a good size, they have a beautiful bathroom, a bathtub, and a comfortable bed. The restaurant is also really good.
We travelled as a young family (with 2 children under 2) to Richmond for a wedding and stayed for one night at The Orange Tree. I can not fault the staff, cleanliness and location of the hotel - we were made to feel welcome from the moment we walked in and the staff couldn’t do enough to help us with anything we needed. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Highly recommend! We loved our stay so thank you to all at The Orange Tree
Location was good for walks along the river. Teddington centre was short stroll. Pubs and restaurants and shops nearby. Trip to london from teddington station was about half hour. Gardens and grounds were lovely and relaxing. So nice to be able to enjoy a drink outside in the evening overlooking the grounds and river. We enjoyed a BBQ evening in the summer. Great selections for breakfasts including Gluten free options. Friendly staff.
Classic British house, maybe Victorian-age built. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Tesco supermarket and subway station close by. Friendly hosts. Clean and cosy room with private bathroom. Free wireless internet and many electric devices available (ex. frigde, hair dryer, microwave oven, kettle, TV etc.). Best quality/price ratio in all London. I may return next year if AELTC will provide me another Wimbledon Centre Court ticket.
Every single member of staff we met was warm, friendly and bent over backwards to make our stay a great one. Within walking distance of some of the most beautiful parts of Richmond & also the shops and restaurants- this is a great place to stay in a leafy part of London.
Everything - wonderful staff, very friendly vibe, lovely location with easy access to transport, the river and central London, comfortable and clean with surprisingly spacious room and bathroom. And great value considering all that.
The location was perfect. The staff was terrific. It's a modern hotel but it is a traditional English house. They were kind and helpful. The amenities were perfect. Nespresso, Tea in room. Aircon. Mid Century modern appliances.
I really thought it was a hotel. I had wanted to stay at a pub that had rooms upstairs. This is exactly that! I loved all the staff, the food, and the accommodations. I really enjoyed visiting with the staff.
Nice vibe at the hotel. Lots of places to spend time with friends and family and great location.
The Columbian football team were there when we stayed. They must have been chuckling at the set up!
Modern decor in the hotel and well presented. Great location for Richmond tube station, good places to eat nearby as well as good transport into central London and surrounding areas.
Good location not far from Richmond town.
Bus stop right outside the hotel to tube station to central London.
Rooms comfortable clean and good bed
Nice full English breakfast.
Location was good, handy for Twickenham as well as tube to central London. Inclusive parking is a plus. Communication with the owners with prompt and clear.
Not to far from the water front and shopping areas. It was a small hotel in an old house in a neighborhood area, so it felt like we living like locals.
