The copper bath tub, but even the river view is not worth with a view, is disappointing as the windows steams up and condenses as there is not double glazing. They also don’t give any products to use in the bath,

During my travels through London, I have experienced numerous accommodations, and I must commend the Selwyn Hotel for making a truly remarkable impression. The atmosphere was exceptionally warm and welcoming, a perfect respite following our journey from the States. The comfort of the beds significantly enhanced our first night's stay.

The manager personally ensured that we were well cared for, further exemplifying the hotel's commitment to outstanding guest service. Didn’t get chance to see more than the park but it was worth the stay just for that. We were visiting for a sporting event nearby and we were perfectly situated. The surrounding area looked lovely, very green and clean. Walking in London and seeing wild deer is a must

Beautiful place. Loads of lovely small back streets with unique shops to wander down. Loads of places to eat out. Views from the bridges were amazing. Everything once parked up just seemed within walking distance.

We liked the restaurants and cafés.
We liked the restaurants and cafés. There are many interesting places to visit nearby. We enjoyed Syon Huse, Osterley House and the London Wetland Centre. It's an easy train journet to Waterloo Station for Central London. I wouldn't want to live under the Heathrow flight path.

The people that run the property are fabulous, some of the nicest people anywhere, also, this is a pub hotel, enjoy a beer or cider while checking in. We enjoyed a great breakfast every morning and it is included but we ate dinner there both nights that we stayed. The dinners were delicious and there was plenty of food. The location was also great, it is halfway between the train station and Richmond Hill Park. Listen to Pat for directions, he is very helpful. The room was large and everything worked.
My stay at the Selwyn was comfortable and well exceeded my expectations. Location close to the tube, easy access to Heathrow and central London. A very clean hotel with excellent breakfast and service. The staff was very helpful and genuinely cared about the guests. Special thanks to Ilania for walking that extra mile to assist after my long journey with delays, right in the middle of the September heat wave. I can most certainly recommend this hotel and I will be back.
The location overlookng the Thames is beautiful.
The apartment is close to good restaurants and supermsrkets if you wish to cook in.

Hampstead Heath is a short Overground trip away
This hotel had an excellent location that was close to the underground and everything was in walking distance. The staff was incredibly kind, accommodating and fun. Even the layout of the room was comfortable and convenient. There was enough space to lay out everything that we needed without feeling constricted. If I ever come back to this area I’m definitely booking this hotel again.
This hotel was "pitch perfect" in a charming town. The staff was GREAT. Something that "speaks volumes" is that the Christmas decorations were beautiful--tasteful and festive. Their attention to detail for decorations and services was spot on!
Everything was perfect from the moment we checked in .
To be able to park free outside a hotel in London was fantastic. Staff all attentive, breakfast really good quality and outdoor hot tub so relaxing.
The hotel was very well located, beautiful and very welcoming. The room was very nice and was a good size and had a very comfortable bed. The staff were very professional, friendly and welcoming.
Room above a pub in a pleasant part of London. Very large room and bathroom, double glazed windows, lots of restaurants in the location as well as pubs and riverside walks. Lovely staff.
Good value and near to London and Heathrow. Quiet position in the midst of parkland and the Thames gives a country feel to the hotel. Well equipped room and very comfortable bed.
Able to walk to the Thames and many excellent restaurants, plus short walj to the tube.
Bed comfy, and relatively quiet for London.
Nice basic breakfast.
