Great pub accommodation. A comfortable bedroom and bathroom (ensuite) with great shower / TV / coffee and tea making facilities. The staff were just great: friendly, organised and efficient. Great selection of beers and other drinks at reasonable prices and the bar meals were very good with a surprisingly wide choice.

Good central location close to theatres, restaurants and takeaways. Train station about a 10 minute walk away. A wide choice of breakfast options. Lunch and Dinner menus looked very tempting and reasonably priced also. The bar is cosy and well stocked with a much better choice of real ale than the local Wetherspoons. A separate downstairs area has a pool table, dart board and Sky Sports etc. The bedroom had a hairdryer and even an iron!

With superb locally sourced food and an 18th-century oak lounge bar, this hotel is nestled in the spectacular surroundings of the Malvern Hills.

Stayed in a family suite and really appreciated the small extra space for our daughter to sleep in - allowed us to relax in the evening and watch tv without worrying about waking her. Room was very clean and well presented. Staff in the dining room at breakfast were nice and attentive (we didn’t have an evening meal at the hotel).
