Great staff…shout out Maisie (Reception), George (Chef), Dexter (Restaurant) and all the cleaners (including Sophia) could not have been more helpful, caring and courteous.
Rooms cleaned really nicely. Cooked breakfast and also evening meals lovely.

I have stayed her on many times on this occasion was given one of the old rooms very dusty and dirty. Worn out deco, no fan requested fan from staff no response had to go to reception to ask for it got fan 40 min later.
Very disappointed with room and what I paid.
