This mid-18th century former inn offers unique rooms, free Wi-Fi, and excellent views of Rye.

Location is great in the centre if Rye but be prepared to walk a lot of hills. It is located in a no parking zone and nearest carpark is only 5 mins away but it is about 100 metres lower and that means hills.

Lovely surrounding and view from our window, although a safety catch would have enabled us to have the window open at night. The mattress was very comfortable. We enjoyed the spacious room, it was very clean and well appointed.
