The room was very modern and tasteful. We had dinner in the restaurant which was pricey but excellent. We paid for breakfast the next morning, also a little pricey but good. This was just a stopover as we needed to be in that area but turned out to be very enjoyable.

Breakfast was okay. The room could use a desk or something but I understand this was basic and all in all it was good value for money!

The room was really cold as there was only a small electric heater… the walls are mouldy with flaking paint. We weren’t given enough towels. The shower we didn’t use as wasn’t clean.
When we got there the smell of bleach was so strong we had to go out as it gave us all a headache and one member of the party was asthmatic

Absolutely appalling!
Absolutely appalling! On arrival off the beaten track we were greeted by foreign men leering over my mum and the whole place smelt of damp and cat urine! It was dirty, creepy and disgusting and the room was dated, unsafe, broken windows, mouldy bathroom and had clearly never been cleaned. We could not physically stay here not even for the price so we left within 10 minutes and no refund offered not even an apology. If you have any sense you will avoid this hotel like the plague…although you’ll probably catch that if you stay here!

The property has not been maintained and they could have been some improvements to tiling and cleaning but generally the room we had, our own little chalet, was adequate and reflected the price. The guy that was in charge was really friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 to him.

Wasn’t clean, used condom in the toilet and wrapper still by side of bed. Not even sure if the room was cleaned before hand.
The description of hotel says decorated to high standard but that really wasn’t the case at all - needs completely revamping.
Thick mould in shower
Only given a hand towel
I order a deluxe room only to be told that the shower did nor work and was downgraded, I went straight to the Stifford Moat House Hotel where I had to pay £135 for a room so you can see I was not pleased with this accommodation, it had a broken window in no form of air conditioning which for a hotel was poor
There was no breakfast provided, although tea and coffee was meant to be provided. All we got was a kettle and a couple of teabags, no cups, milk, coffee or sugar. I didn’t complain because to be honest I would not have drunk pit of anything at this hotel.
Location was ok for us.
The bed was comfy enough and I was pleased that there was actually a generous amount of tea bags, milk and sugar which is very rare in hotels. The shower was simple to use and had good water pressure
A member of staff was kind enough to get me a fan because it was a hot night
the hotel is located next to the double-carriageway A13; 10 minutes drive from London Orbit M25,
not for visitors using public transport, you need a car..
affordable prices & friendly staff
spacious rooms
it seems a scam .After I paid for this hotel ,I was told my the receptionist that I should buy food from London to cover my period of stay . He also said the venue is not accessible
