This was an ideal work/personal break trip, such a lovely friendly hotel, always happy to help and to make my stay very enjoyable. Food was well cooked, service was always with a smile and the room was clean and comfortable. A good location to explore the area, if you’re a walker then this couldn’t be better. I’d happily return, and I will given the opportunity.

Beautifully clean and fresh. Very comfortable and had a really good night’s sleep in the huge lovely bed.
Although on the High St it was very quiet and perfectly located for exploring Dunster. Owner very friendly and helpful.

What a beautiful place! Steps Farmhouse B&B is an amazing stunning place with welcoming and available hosts! Our room was spacious, clean and with all the amenities that we needed. Sharon and Paul got in touch with us before our arrival time and everything was very well planned. They have a great garden with a patio were to enjoy drinks and food. The breakfast was delicious and the hosts were very prepared for one of us who is coeliac. We were very surprised to find so much GF choice! And Sharon and Paul were very conscious to not cross contaminate the food. We should have booked more nights! this place is a great one for a break out of the city and get immersed in the nature and countryside vibes! Thank you!!!! :)

A wonderfully comfortable and homely stay with the unexpected pleasure of having a large lounge for our personal use as well as the bedroom, and separate bathroom.
There are beautiful views from all angles and I particularly enjoyed watching the sheep peacefully grazing in the morning before going down for a freshly cooked breakfast.
I would definitely recommend Bournestream and would love to stay again. It is an ideal base for exploring the area by car and it was so relaxing, especially when we came back after a day out to the offer of tea/coffee and a tasty sweet morsel in front of the lit log burner.

Beautiful location, stunning views, very clean cottage with no expense spared. Can cook a meal, and seating outside was lovely. The whole experience was amazing. The cottage is beautiful and well-stocked with cutlery, plates etc.
