It was calm, peaceful.and the bed and bedding were lovely and comfortable I loved walking in the grounds and felt like it was a place to go and recharge.

Midfield monastery is a lovely building, only thing that let it down was the unpleasant smell around the dining room area, it was quite strong at times,they must have plumbing problems, we couldn’t enjoy our breakfast.For this reason we wouldn’t want to stay there again.
