Easy to find, quiet & clean… staff at booking in and also on departure were just decent lovely friendly people.
The hotel itself is just value for the price paid, we shall stay again when visiting the Yorkshire area.
There is an excellent pub/restaurant “The Sir Jack” only a stones thrown from the hotel, that we’d recommend… has a very good menu, the carvery is exceptional.!
Just 5 minutes’ drive from the A1(M) and M18 motorways, the Holiday Inn Doncaster is set in secluded grounds.

We had a premier room, and it was spacious and beautifully clean.
Breakfast had a great choice, and staff were attentive and regularly topped up food, so it was always fresh.
Staff from reception, cleaning, and catering were all very friendly.

No frills but a good base from which to visit family. Staff were friendly and helpful, parking was right outside and spaces were always available. This was our second visit and won't be our last.
Location suited my needs perfectly as I have family in Mexborough and Rawmarsh and Swinton is in the middle. The apartment was well equipped and towels, bed linen, toiletries were all provided. Although we had brought our own it was also nice to see that tea and coffee were provided and the fridge was an excellent size
Nice quiet location, having the entire property to ourselves was good as we could socialise in the lounge comfortably unlike when we have stayed in hotels so a much better experience and alot cheaper, will be doing this again I think and happy to stay here next year.
Lovely house, has majority of basic needs. Walking distance from lidl. Short car ride to asda and park gate shops. Nice quite neighbourhood. Was perfect for our short stay close here rather than hotel rooms.
