Everything was perfect. The room was perfectly clean, spacious, warm and the beds were very comfy. Top quality shower and bathroom. Andy and Christine were both very welcoming since we got there, making sure we had the most peaceful weekend away from home. Our breakfast next morning was super delicious and cooked by Christine and Andy - yummy homemade english breakfast. We will definitely come back when we are again in the area. Thanks for everything!

So peaceful, just the sounds of birds, sheep and the occasional cow. Lovely comfortable accommodation with a big bed and a modern shower room. The breakfast hamper was great and filled us up for our trip to Sissinghurst. We were looking for a little bit of relaxation and that’s exactly what we found. We have had contact with Marden for many years for visiting family, hence our stay. The village is nice with shops, pubs, takeaways, church, library, nice places to eat Tandoori is excellent . There is a railway station with trains to London, and other places in between. Bus service also not many a day but useable. Nearest main shops are Maidstone, Tonbridge or Tunbridge Wells and not too far to get to the coast, or places to visit - castles, country parks etc
