We booked this as a last minute deal and were not disappointed. We booked an executive room and paid a little more for this room type and it is certainly worth the upgrade. The view was to die for. Truly spectacular. An unobscured view from the room and from the balcony out onto Loch Lomond. The room was extremely well appointed and the bed was super comfy. The hotel had plenty of parking and was easy to find. The food was exceptional and the choice of beverages at the bar was sufficient, but not extensive. We dined in the evening and had breakfast and I had the Haggis, needs and tatties in the evening which was amazing and I had the full English for breakfast which was superb too. The location of the hotel was spot on - we were about a 3 minute walk into the village of Luss, which is really picturesque and well worth a visit, especially the view from the pier and the quaint gift shops. There is truly nothing, not to like about this hotel. I would stay again in a heart beat.

Centrally located in a beautiful tranquil setting, easily found with allocated parking space. Contact from staff was perfect and housekeeping staff very helpful. Stayed in the Sun Room which was lovely and included a small fridge to keep breakfast items chilled, as appropriate.

The penthouse was immense, upon entry (which was simple to achieve) we were very pleased by the high standard of all rooms and facilities within the penthouse! All information shared was easy to understand and communication from the host was excellent! Highly recommend to anyone interested in spending time here, the setting is exceptional.
On the banks of Loch Lomond in the magnificent Queen Elizabeth Forest, this hotel has spectacular views of Ben Lomond, the loch and mountains to the north. Rowardennan Hotel is accessible, yet remote....

We didnt go into luss as we can go anytime.so long as you know what to expect-a sleepy place (apart from tourists) with welcoming folk and wonderful views and our in the middle of nowhere-you will love it. And wear all weather layers of clothing.

A lovely quaint village. Coffee shop down in the village was nice but very expensive. I had a small piece of cake which was stale.

Luss is a very quaint village, just 5 minutes walk to the Loch ..
There are some shops and boat trips and plenty of walks in the area.
I recommend a visit to Luss.
I ate in the Bistro next to the B&B, a reasonably priced meal.

Lovely little village with a children’s park and a Faerie Trail adventure for the kids, the village restaurant has a variety of food on their menu, a hotel with parking, relaxing walks down to the beach and waterfront.

Wonderful little village, never wanted to leave, we could genuinely move here. The slower pace of life, the mountains and woodland nearby, the views of the Loch, my spirit felt so happy and at peace here. Will definitely come back.
The bistro, The Village Rest, was excellent and we ate there several times. The service and food were amazing. Its worth making a reservation. The little shop by the car park had everything we needed.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views over Loch Lomond. Lovely quiet location but walkable to village of Luss. Host was very welcoming, informative and helpful. Really appreciated the lift to dinner Patrick, it was above and beyond expectations and so welcomed by us. Would love to stay in summertime also to experience a different seasonal view from balcony. Really well appointed apartment with everything provided very well for a self catering break. Loved it.
Lovely hotel staff amazing, food lovely, we had a snug double and found it a bit small for the price we payed, it was very hot in there aswell , there was a fan provided which helped apart from that brilliant the singers that were on of a weekend were really good and we celebrated our anniversary there , would go back again but would change our room next time we'll done loch lomond xx
This is an excellent bed and breakfast place with a spectacular view across Loch Lomond. from the porch and living room. The rooms are comfortable and there is a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast is very good and the coffee was the best that is had in two weeks of travelling through Scotland.
Most rooms have a direct view of Loch Lomond. Our room was modern and had a small covered terrace that faced Loch Lomond. The bathroom was spacious and the hotel used Molton Brown toiletries which was good.
The hotel is situated in the beautiful loch side town of Luss, wonderful base to explore from. The hotel itself is fabulous, lovely big rooms and excellent breakfast.
