Good location, right on the edge of Loch Lomond. Some parking available, we went on off season so multiple available spaces, I imagine can get full in busier times however. Nice dining staff, decent selection for breakfast and great views plus there is a pool table on the property as well

Am awesome spot at the head of Loch Long.
Am awesome spot at the head of Loch Long. We travelled to Loch fynne and onwards to Inveraray on our full day there. We dined at Ben Arther Bothy on our first night and the Village Inn on the second night. On both occasions, the food was piping hot and good portion sizes.

Very small town with a nice loch side view.
Very small town with a nice loch side view. Many nice walks, although a lot of them are quite tough going but give some incredible views.
There is some public transport via Helensburgh and Tarbet so it's not too isolated but be sure to check times etc so you don't get caught out.
When I went (September) a lot of places were closed so mostly ate out at the hotel(s)

Clean. All amenities present. Nice view on Loch Long and the Arrochar Alps. At the back of the house there is a narrow, but nice seating area with a hot tub. the Village Inn pub is very nice and close to the cottage. Good location for exploring the Loch Lomond area and Arrochar Alps.
Sunning location and friendly staff. Enjoyed a local whiskey at the bar. Breakfast was lovely with views over Loch Long and 'The Cobbler'. I stayed in a single room which was at the back of the hotel so no views, but for the price I paid, it was perfect.
Location is beautiful. Arrochar is a stunningly located village on the shore of Loch Long overlooking the Arrochar Alps with Loch Lomond only a few miles away. Theres a lovely pub near the hotel and a restaurant in the next village, Tarbet.
Comfortable and in a convenient location if you want to visit Loch Lomond or if you are passing by and need a place for the night on the main road.
You can park the car in front of the hotel.
