Beautiful old house on the outskirts of Penrith with a fabulous garden. It's in a quiet area with easy parking on the street outside. The hosts were superb and went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely too, with every item being specially chosen. There is safe storage for bikes which was very useful for our group. We would definitely recommend.

Really friendly host and qwerky room in.the roof, that brings with it a very narrow and twisty set of stairs, which makes it impractical for large or heavy luggage. Great continental breakfast with the host, and enjoyed the chat.
