Used the property as a base to get to Hayling Island Yacht Club. Although it was a 12 minute drive away we left at rush hour we were never stuck in traffic so a really good choice even if you need to be in the south of the island. Greggs and Leon coffee at the garage across the road also good to know.

Richard and Iona were wonderful and made us feel a home really quickly…we found some great places to eat (including their lovely local with a sea view) Comfy bed and sofa bed (always welcome after a long drive) Perfect location for the workshop we’d booked into 😊

It is a lovely one bed annexe adjoined to owners house.

It is a lovely one bed annexe adjoined to owners house. Well furnished and thoughtfully equipped. Feels homely and was suitable for our family of 4 as the bedroom is at one end and the lounge with sofa bed at the other with bathroom and kitchen in the middle. Quiet location but driveable to the main beaches and tourist attractions. Was nice to visit off peak. Definitely recommend it.
