Everything was excellent, no complaints at all, I would stay again and recommend it to my colleges, however, the only issue I have was the shower did not heat up.

Perfect overnight on the way down to Cornwall. Lovely little market town. Hotel basic, did what it said on the tin. Clean. Car park. Breakfast. Handy for the M42..

The approach to Castle Bromwich Hotel is gorgeous, my wife and daughter fell in love with the place straight away and were eager to explore and read about it's history.
Every member of staff I met was extremely polite and dressed smartly and nothing seemed too much trouble, we were out for the evening so didn't have an evening meal here but going by the menus there seemed plenty to choose from and at very reasonable prices.
We got back to the hotel around midnight and there were still plenty of staff around to tend to our needs but we went straight to our room (318) to relax and go to bed, even though it is on the flight path for Birmingham airport as soon as my head touched that VERY comfortable pillow I was out like a light!
I don't think I've ever slept in a comfier bed, I'm usually a light sleeper but not that night.
After waking fully refreshed we headed down to breakfast, we had a choice of tables which were all very neatly laid out and as soon as we were seated we were given a good choice of beverages.
As soon as my daughter realised this was a buffet style breakfast there was no stopping her, the hot food both smelled and tasted fantastic but there was also so much more to choose from, everything from yogurts and fresh fruit to pastries and cereals and also some gluten free options which I was especially pleased with.
After a walk around the gardens to work off our breakfast we popped back to our room and enjoyed a lovely complimentary cuppa whilst packing our bags.
This really is a beautiful place to stay and we will hopefully be back again very soon.

The evening meal was excellent value for money. We purchased the 3 course offer and the food was top dollar. The staff were friendly and though it was busy the food was quick hot and fresh.
Breakfast was cooked to perfection so no negatives at all.
