The location is amazing. It’s like a little slice of paradise, probably the most peaceful place I’ve ever stayed. Me and my partner couldn’t get over the views, unbelievably happy with our stay.
not many restaurants open in the evening.
No banks but a banking hub if needed.
nice coffee shops.
Tourist info not very helpful although the bus time tables were there, too much detail about things too far away.
Need more local walks info.

Good beach especially at Old Hunstanton by the lighthouse. Small town and hilly if walking is a problem . Disappointed with the number of Cafe/restaurants closed.
Favourite place was the craft centre in Old Hunstanton.
Useful bus service along the coast or to Hunstanton.
Four/five days at Hunstanton when the weather wasn't too good is probably long enough

Great seaside town with a mixture of amenities for all.
Great seaside town with a mixture of amenities for all. There are some tourist aspects to it but all in all it seems to have retained an authentic seaside charm. Pretty homes dotted about, clean with lovely walking routes and parks. People seem very friendly and there are some great places to visit nearby.

Hunstanton is a lovely seaside location.
Hunstanton is a lovely seaside location. A great blend of everything you would want to keep young children amused and active. Great bars and restaurants and some lovely quirky shops. Lovely to walk along the front, or go to Old Hunstanton for better sand. Never far away from country walks and the wildlife reserves, a bird watchers paradise.

My husband is 84 and disabled and blind, so we just wanted to chill and give me a break.
It was his birthday and we had afternoon tea....delicious.
Just the place to chill out and breath in the wonderful sea air.
We'll be back.
Excellent location for visiting Hunstanton and other places along the North Norfolk Coast. Can get some peace and quiet at the hotel or very quickly get in to Hunstanton in the car or even walk in to Hunstanton in 35/40 minutes, walking through Golf Course and then along the coast.
Other activities are available nearby if required.
Friendly staff and Good breakfast.
Room clean and tidy.
Second time at Heacham Manor Hotel and would definitely go back again.
Caravan in ideal spot for accessing beach, walks , ice cream, pub and fish and chips by foot. 40 min walk to Hunstanton along beach. By car so convenient to visit other hot- spots.
Site was quiet and lots of ducks and ducklings around. Dog friendly. Shop had items for convenience.
Caravan had all the basics.
Bed was comfy. Caravan was warm.
Cleaners were friendly and helpful.
We had great weather and really enjoyed 3 nights in Heacham.
We had a warm welcome when we arrived and the staff could not do enough for us. The rooms were clean and tidy and although it is a dog friendly pub/hotel there was no smell of dog! The food was great and the breakfast menu had a good selection. The continental breakfast is in with the room price but cooked breakfast needs to be ordered and paid for the night before. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back for a return visit.
Perfect location. Right by the seafront. Our room was on the top floor with a lovely view. Very clean. Powerful hot shower. The TV was not very big but we don’t really need a huge TV in a hotel room. Even though the hotel is dog friendly there was no smell of dogs whatsoever and it was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was a buffet but plenty of choice and food was fresh and tasty.
Lovely friendly owner and a lovely hotel very homeley I had the balcony window room I even booked again the next room beds were really comfy and it is very beautiful shame I packed all summer clothes as it is very breezy but got a good tan and the Hunstanton locals all say hello which I think is really good in my opinion
Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay to get away from it all for a short break.
The hotel is superb, spotless, comfortable, friendly and a cracking breakfast.
If/when we go back to Hunstanton we will try to stay at Ellinbrook again.
The North Norfolk coast really is a gem wuth some lovely little beach towns.
The location of the Lifeboat Inn is excellent, it has ample parking and is dog friendly. It is a good mix of a traditional pub and hotel/restaurant. The breakfast was excellent. One of the rooms with a sea view was pleasant and well decorated.
The menus choice was good and the pie was excellent.

Attractive old hotel in a good position, very pleasant and helpful staff. Room decent size with great view, comfortable bed. Breakfast plentiful - full English if wanted. Quite a good choice of evening meals, nicely cooked. There was a pleasant garden and a guest car park.
