Pole fell on my head . Hotel tried too claim I fabricated the incident . Clearly lied about no markings being on my head when I informed them . However my friend had a date and time stamped photo of when we showed the manger . Apparently he saw nothing although expressed too myself and my friend he could .
They will lie too cover up their tracks and try and deflect from their failings . Asked me to leave their facilities for complaining.
In the response email they denied i hurt myself whilst in the premises . As stated the date and time of photo show otherwise .
