A great property with lots of character and quirky features. It had all the comforts of home with everything from assorted cookware, washing machine, comfortable furniture and nice decoration. The second bedroom was also fully decked out for kids and our boys loved the big tub of toys in the corner.
they also loved seeing the Cats, Chicken & Rabbits 😊

The view from the window was of blossom, tulips and forget me nots. The but was cosy and clean with lovely touches to make it pretty.
A short but excellent stay. The Rydon Inn was recommended by our hosts for our evening meal and proved to be a very good choice. Holsworthy is a small market town but has most facilities you could wish for. We enjoyed our visit.

The bed wasn’t too bad but I’ve never had a shower in my actual bedroom and a walk down corridor for toilet. The take away breakfast was a ham and mustard sandwich, I had a really upset stomach later in day, I don’t think meat was fresh, but I also had a meal from the local chip shop which I could only eat half of as it was awful, it just wasn’t my weekend 🤣

To be honest, for what we wanted to do the location was ideal. Our activity was pre-planned and not all local to Holsworthy. I can state that there were some very good walks with good views close to the town.

Holsworthy is a small town with a few shops and pubs etc, it's an area near to Bude 11 miles away and Bideford not sure about 30 mins away which has a larger town, plenty of places to explore whilst your visiting, pretty part of the county to explore.
Beautiful location and very peaceful. Really nice to wake up and see the pigs nearby, feeding them was lovely! Very kind gentlemen who welcomed us and owner communicated well with us. I also did a special request of birthday banners which were up when I arrived. Pod was clean, tidy, welcoming and lots of useful information in welcome pack. WiFi good, location good (20 mins to nearest supermarket and town) and great for a couples holiday! Hot tub was beautiful and easy to use!
The hotel is full of character. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My pet was well welcome and spoiled! It was very hot and we had bottles of fresh water in the room. As we arrived quite late and tired, we didn't have the energy to stay downstairs for a drink but we were allowed to take our drinks to the room.
it is clear to me that the lady who cleans and cooks breakfast loves what she does and the young woman who works in the Pub is very friendly.
Very clean Rooms & staff are very friendly. Everything was provided. In town center, so not far from local shops. Although it's a pub, it's really quiet in the rooms. There is not car park (considering the location), there is one right opposite called Holsworthy Manor. It costs 3.50£ a day which is not bad at all. Also, free parking from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Amazing, amazing, amazing. Marcia and Andrew have a beautiful home. Nice, clean and welcoming atmosphere as soon as you enter. I was well looked after and Marcia made sure I had everything i needed. I will definitely be booking again when I am near Holsworthy again. Cannot recommend this stay enough.
P.S. the views from the bedroom are amazing.
The breakfast, accommodation and location were all excellent for our family. Neil and Kirsty were extremely friendly and hospitable. Our grandchildren very much enjoyed the chickens and pigs and especially fishing in the lake. The location was excellent for a family wedding we were attending in Holsworthy. An excellent stay altogether.
This was the last remaining room.we could find available on New Year's Eve in Holsworthy and glad we did! We had a lovely stay,, the hosts are very welcoming and dog friendly, room very comfy and the breakfast was superb,. We couldn't fault it.
Best place we've stayed at in the town, would definitely return.
Wonderful cottage with a beautiful enclosed garden. Parking was easy. Not far from the little town of Holsworthy but far enough away to feel like you are in the countryside. Ideal spot to go to many great nearby places like Bude, Sandymouth and Duckpool. Would definitely return!
An excellently run property where we had a great time. Very good tips about the area from the hosts, a hearty breakfast everyday, and a fantastic peaceful location in the middle of unspoilt English countryside. Top marks to Leworthy B&B…thanks for a lovely few days.
Although it is a little isolated, it is close enogh to Holsworthy, if any items are needed. The staff were friendly, and helpful. The food was very nice, and the portions generous. The bar had a great selection of drinks, and overall a nice ambience.
The hotel is centrally located close to the market square. Food in the hotel was good and the steaks are excellent. We cycled in and the hotel was very helpful in storing our bikes overnight. Staff were very helpful.
Fabulous location. Very peaceful and beautiful elegant house. Good size and very comfortable bedrooms. Food is amazing. We had all our evening meals at the hotel and it was first class. Totally recommended
Friendly staff.
No provision for breakfast but the staff member recommended the best cafe locally. (Hotel newly furbished and chef not yet employed).
Everything so clean and perfect.
Rosemary was a great host, so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fab! The room was very clean and comfortable and the living space was so spacious and a nice relaxing area.
It was a lovely old cottage, with loads of character and charm. Everything needed was there. Good value for money, much better than staying in a large hotel.
