Friendly staff and a great breakfast. They were very helpful in changing us to a new room when we found a broken bed in one of the outside rooms. The new new room inside the actual hotel was wonderful. The best nights sleep in years.

    Both pubs in the village were closed.

    Both pubs in the village were closed. The post Office and general stores is sadly stuck in the last century. The shelves were few, with lots of space between. It looked like a missed opportunity. The atmosphere in the village was one of sadness.
