On approach a delightful old pub at the roadside with appropriate roses growing up the walls!
It was all I had hoped for - lovely room (with a bath!), good food, pleasant friendly staff and easy parking.
Everywhere was spotlessly clean. We appreciated the option of fresh coffee in our room & being able to access fresh milk.

The location is beautiful. In a picturesque country village that has many duck ponds! Our room looked out over the village green and the church. So clean and tidy. Great interior design. Very relaxing. Food in the gastropub was really good and the staff were fantastic

As we were visiting Sandringham the location was perfect. It was literally a two minute drive to either of the two main car parks near Sandringham House. Gwen provided us with an excellent full English breakfast on both mornings and our room
was exactly as described on the website. We were on the first floor at the front of the house in a bedroom with both a double and a single bed. Our private bathroom was across the landing and dressing gowns were provided to protect our modesty. The property has a narrow driveway at the side for off-road parking for visitors. Around a 100 yards away is the Feathers Hotel which we visited twice for evening meals. The food was very good and reasonably priced. Nothing was too much trouble for Gwen (and her very friendly dog) and we would happily recommend this property to anyone looking to stay near Sandringham or the surrounding area. Thank you Gwen and we hope to visit you again in the future.
For all you runners there is a well attended park run every Saturday morning that starts near the kids play area near the car parks. A nice way to start the day !

We liked everything about our stay! Our room overlooked the lovely garden and was very peaceful. We had a lovely super kingsized bed. The en-suite had a very efficient power shower.
The owners made us very welcome and provided lots of information about places to visit. The food was delicious and we also enjoyed supper one evening.

The Ffolkes have revamped the old traditional pub with bright bold colours and quirky artwork which gives a relaxed, upbeat vibe. Our room with an outside bath and private courtyard wasn't what you'd expect from a little Norfolk village which made the stay feel very special. The 'help yourself' breakfast and cavery were also great, although one of the kitchen takeovers nights felt a little limiting as you could only have Mexican, but the idea behind it is good. I'd highly recommend staying here either with or without children. They're also planning hot tub cabins which sound really good. Thanks for reading! That's all Ffolkes!

The North Norfolk area where Hillington is located is in a beautiful rural setting with many attractions in easy travelling distance both on the coast and inland. There are many good quality restaurants. We keep going back as there is so much to see and the overall atmosphere is very relaxing and enjoyable with something for every taste

We stayed for one night after exploring the beaches of North Norfolk. The property was fantastic. It was clean, contemporary and comfortable.
The breakfast was outstanding.
The historical property has been tastefully modernised to a very high standard.
We have previously visited Linden run by a lovely couple Mike & Sue. They are so accommodating and welcoming. Linden is a lovely property set in a beautiful location ideal for visiting North Norfolk and its many attractions. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, the breakfast has a good choice of well prepared food and it has great parking. We will not hesitate visiting again.
The room was good value. Dinner ('Kitchen takeover' Tex Mex) was overall very good, as was the brunch buffet - plentiful, varied and nicely staffed. The location is good for visiting The Wash and Norfolk coast, bird watching etc.
Warm, friendly, attractive hotel, just right for our short stay. Fantastic ‘pie roast’ last night and excellent breakfast this morning. Close to Sandringham too, which is well worth a visit.
The Feast food was delicious and it was great to sit in the hotel and eat it
The staff were all very friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble for them
What a charming hotel..! Stayed in court yard room , outside bath, seating area and dartboard. Room was very spacious and bed was fantastic. Thanks to all the staff.
